BlackbirdWatch 2020

All the videos from our blackbird's nest in 2020. Sadly the birds didn't continue with the nest. This wasn't a surprise as it was in a busy location at eye level.

5 May 2020: another clip. Two blackbirds in the nest. A male to begin with, then a female arrives.

5 May 2020: Mrs Blackbird has chosen to nest in an awkward spot on top of some planks. But isn't she cute? Meanwhile the swallows sail in looking for their own spot (as usual every year) and she can be seen looking at them. More in coming days and weeks we hope.
